How to Replace a Headlight Bulb on 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Before working on the headlamp bulb, first cut the negative cable connection to the battery. First, remove the unit and then rotate the high or low beam lamp 1 or 2 one quarter turn counterclockwise, before disconnecting the electrical connector from the lamp. Do not let the bulb glass of your electric bulb come into contact with oily fingers or surfaces during installation to ensure the bulb lives longer. Insert high or low beam lamp number 1 or 2 into the headlamp, then turn it the lamp clockwise a quarter turn to fasten it. Plug the electrical connector into lamp 1 or 2 and continue by fixing the headlamp back in place.
