How to Service and Repair a Rear Door Hinge on 2005 Chrysler 300?

In order to fix the rear door hinge, pull off the rear door and marking hinge locations. Take off the hinge bracket and door hinge and fit the new hinge and apply the nuts and screws to desired torque. Attach the hinge bracket again and fit rear door.
