How to remove a rear door hinge on Chrysler 300?

Before removing the rear door hinge, take off the rear door from the vehicle. Put a mark on the outside bottom part of the B-pillar to guide you for reinstalling the hinge brackets. Afterward, take out the two screws holding the hinge bracket to the lower B-pillar and remove the bracket from the B-pillar. After that, make a mark on the back door hinge to help you set up the hinges again. After that, unscrew the hinge to the door and its nut to the door's stud. Remove the upper or lower hinge from the door hinge face last.

How to Install a Rear Door Hinge on Chrysler 300?

Locate the upper hinge or lower hinge to the place marked H on the back of the door. Put a nut on the hinge and tighten it to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.). Then, install and tighten the screw connecting the hinge to the door, too, up to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.). Put the upper or lower hinge bracket on the outside bottom part of the B-pillar. Screw and tighten the two hinge bracket screws on the outside of the lower B-pillar to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.). In the last step, put the rear door back onto the car.
