How to service and repair a Rear Door Striker on 2005 Chrysler Sebring?

In order to fix the rear door striker, draw the outline of the striker on the C-pillar, unscrew the screws and extract the striker. Inspect shims and install them with the new striker. Install the striker, place it in position and loosely, position it, screw it tight and check the operation of the door.
