How to Remove and Install Car Speakers in the D-Pillar on 2005 Dodge Caravan?

Disconnect and isolate the negative cable from the battery before trying to remove the D-Pillar speaker. After that, take off the rear header trim for the right side speaker, then open the jack door on the left and remove its cover and finally take off the liftgate scuff plate. Loosen the bolt on the top of the seatbelt and partly take away the quarter trim panel to get to the D-pillar speaker. Take the speaker out of the retainer and remove the wire harness connector from it. For installation, plug the wire harness connector into the speaker and then press the speaker into the retainer. After that, secure the quarter panel trim, the top seat belt bolt on the right side, the liftgate scuff plate, the rear right header trim and the jack cover on the left side. Next, place the negative battery cable back.
