How to Maintain and Fix a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2005 Dodge Magnum?

In order to service the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley, one must disconnect the negative battery cable, take off the accessory drive belts, then install the special tools required to remove and install the damper. Tighten the connecting bolt to 170 Nm, replace the belts and hook the battery cable again.
