How to Effectively Service and Repair a Starter Motor on 2005 Dodge Magnum?

In order to fix the starter motor, unconnect the negative battery cable, lock the steering wheel and raise the vehicle. Take out the splash shield and starter. Install the new starter making sure it remains properly aligned and giving it bolts. Install the splash shield, lower the car and fit the battery cable back.
