How to Service and Repair a Battery Tray on 2005 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

To deal with battery tray issues, take out the battery and the battery temperature sensor before beginning. After that, remove the bolts holding the tray to the support and take the tray out from the vehicle. Make sure to clean and check the battery tray prior to placing it into the battery tray support. Twist the bolts on the frame until the torque reaches 11.8 Nm (105 in. lbs.). Having done that, connect the battery temperature sensor to the battery tray and lastly put the battery back in place on the tray.
