How to Maintain and Fix a Cam Gear on 2005 Dodge Stratus?

In order to service the camshaft gear, detach the negative battery cable, and eliminate the timing belt. Holding the sprockets with Special Tool 6847, loosen and tighten the center bolts to 115 Nm (85 ft. lbs.). Install the timing belt back in and the battery cable.
