To remove the console floor put the parking brake on, set the ignition to On and the gear to Neutral. Disconnect the battery, remove mats and unscrew the console. Slide it back to disconnect the power outlet. For installation, flip the process, just make sure every screws and connections are secure, then reconnect the battery.
