How to Service and Repair a Timing Chain Tensioner on 2006 Chrysler 300?

In order to fix the timing chain tensioner, disconnect the battery, timing chain cover and timing chain tensioner. Use Special Tool 8186 to purge oil off the tensioner, and reset it. Check and fix O-rings, make sure that timing is good and install tensioner and retaining plate, make sure that bolt is tightened to 12 Nm.
