  A: You need to start by unplugging and isolating the negative cable to the battery for the heated seat switch. After that, take out the center console and lift the center console wire harness connector off the backside of the heated seat switch. Push the button on each retaining tab and then pull the switch straight out of the center console. During installation, be sure the switch has the driver's switch on its left side and the passenger's switch on its right. Plug the connector from the center console wire harness into the heated seat switch board on the back of the seat, verify the switch is working and then install the center console. Mount the heated seat switch in the center console hole and secure the battery negative cable afterwards.
