How to Service and Repair a Valve Stem Seal on 2006 Chrysler Town & Country?

Before service or repairs on the valve stem seal, take out the valve springs. After that, remove the valve stem seal. Put the new valve stem seal on the valve with the straight design facing down and use the valve stem as a reference without squeezing the seal onto the top of the valve guide. In the end, reinstall the valve spring.
