How to Service a Heater Core on 2006 Dodge Magnum?

To service the heater core, drain the cooling system, remove the battery and remove necessary components. Disconnect the heater hose, remove the heater core, and replace it with a new one which has O-ring seals. Reassemble all the parts, reconnect the battery and refill the cooling system if replacing the heater core.
