To service the suspension travel bumper, remove the two bolts holding the bump stop in place, and remove the bump stop. For installation, move the bump stop back in place and hold it with the bolts, tightening to 40N.m or 30 ft. lbs for LD or 61N.m or 45ft. lbs for HD.
