  A: Before servicing the windshield washer spray nozzle, take the wiper arms off the wiper pivots and open the hood by unlatching it. At this point, open the grill panel covering the cowl plenum which is above the heat shield or air box. From inside the cover, remove the washer nozzle hose from the connecting barbed nipple of the washer nozzle. Press the back of the washer nozzle to detach it from the integral latch, then pull it up through the opening toward the top of the cowl plenum cover/grille panel and remove it entirely. When you install the washer, place the nozzle's nipple into the hole in the appliance, so the anti-rotation tabs fit into the notches in the flange. Press the hand pump firmly against the top of the washer nozzle, so the integral latch features clamp onto the underside of the cowl plenum cover/grille panel. Hook the washer hose onto the barbed part of the washer nozzle and make sure it firmly sits into the routing clips on the cover's underside. Next, place the cowl plenum cover/grille panel back over the hood, close the hood and screw both wiper arms back onto their pivots.
