How to Maintain a Rear Door Handle on 2006 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

Open the rear door, then unbolt the door handle by using a socket wrench. After that, open the handle at the front of the door and pull the part at the back out of the latch to unlock it. Slide the handle to the back of the door and then remove it. Before locking, fix the front of the handle into the inside front slot in the door panel, then, with the door closed, place the back part into its latch opening and catch the actuation levers of your lock and latch operated by the vehicle's own latching levers. Using the exterior handle, press the latch into place at the back of the door and tighten it to 10 N.m (89 in.lbs.).
