How to Detach a Rear Door Handle on 2007 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

To remove the door exterior handle, you have to remove the lock cylinder first. Once that's done, move the door handle in the direction of the hinge, pull it out of the opening on the cylinder and finally pull the handle out from where it is fixed inside.
