2006 Dodge Sprinter 3500 Door Latch Assembly Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Service and Repair a Door Latch Assembly for a Rear Sliding Door on 2006 Dodge Sprinter 3500?
A: For rear sliding door hold-open latch service and repair, you must first disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable. Afterward, take out the panel screws and take out the latch from the door. If your equipment has these connectors, unplug them. Installation requires linking the control cable and the electrical connector if you have one. Place the latch in the door, screw it in and tighten them all to 10 Nm (89 in. lbs.). After that, put the trim panel back on and attach the negative battery cable again.
