2006 Dodge Stratus Coolant Reservoir Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Maintain a Coolant Reservoir on 2006 Dodge Stratus?
A: The first step for servicing the container is to remove the screw from the power steering reservoir and from the air conditioning receiver/dryer. Unsnap the washer hose from its connection in the coolant recovery container and unplug the overflow hose from where it is into the coolant outlet connector. Following that, unscrew the screws attaching the coolant recovery container and carefully take it from under the heater. To install the container, set it where you want it and fasten it with the given screws. Attach the overflow hose back to the coolant outlet connector and seal the washer hose into the container's groove. Afterwards, put on the air conditioning receiver/dryer screw and the power steering reservoir screw, then complete filling the cooling system.
