How to Service the Cigarette Lighter Power Outlet on 2007 Chrysler 300?

To service the auxiliary cigarette lighter, reconnect the battery first. Remove negative cable, and then remove the lighter knob and inspect the receptacle. Use snap ring pliers to remove the retaining bosses and remove the receptacle base. Remove the wire harness and the lighter.
