  A: The first step to changing the fog/driving lamp bulb is to isolate the car's negative battery cable. Pop off the fasteners that join the front fender liner top to the bottom of the front fascia and slide the fender liner backward to reach the area at the front fascia's back. Open the front fascia and locate the housing of the front fog light directly below or next to it. Take the wire harness connector off the fog lamp bulb connector receptacle. Grip the bulb firmly at the back, turn it counterclockwise about 30 degrees to unlock it and straighten to pull it out from the keyed place in the housing. Be sure not to handle the glass bulb or put it against anything oily, because it can cause the bulb to wear out more quickly.
