How to Service and Repair a Dome Light on 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Before working on the dome lamp, first lift the hood and remove the negative cable from the battery. Raise the dome lamp cover at both sides by pushing with a trim stick or a similar tool (special tool #C-4755). Following this, remove the dome lamp from its connection and from your vehicle.
