How to Service and Repair a Dome Light on 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

First, lift the hood and pull out the battery's negative wire before servicing the Dome Lamp. Gently use a special trim stick (#C-4755) or a similar one to pop off the dome lamp cover on the sport bar. Once the dome lamp is disconnected from the connector, remove the dome lamp from the vehicle. To install the dome lamp, join it to the connector, slides its cover over the sport bar so that the lens is in place and press down to securely snap it on. After that, reattach the negative battery cable and shut the hood.
