How to Detach a Sun Visor on 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

To take out the sun visor, press the tab that holds it onto the surface and release it. After that, remove the screw on the sun visor retainer and then take the retainer out. After that, get rid of the two screws holding the sun visor to the frame around the windshield or the roof panel. If the wire harness connects to the sun visor, remove this connector prior to safely lifting out the sun visor. Look for a colored coded, five point, air bag warning label on any replacement sun visor you purchase.
