How to Detach a Sun Visor on 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

To take out the sun visor, separate it from the sun visor retainer at first. After that, take out the screw holding the sun visor retainer to either the windshield surround frame or the roof panel. Then, get rid of the two screws that keep the sun visor fastened to the windshield surround or roof of your vehicle. If necessary, first disconnect the wire harness connector before taking out the sun visor. Be sure to use a replacement sun visor that carries a five bullet point, colored coded air bag warning label.
