How to Remove and Replace an Intake Manifold on 2007 Chrysler Sebring?

Before replacing the intake manifold, you should clean its gasket surfaces and replace the intake manifold gasket. Then, secure the intake manifold after which you should tighten the bolts to 25 Nm (220 in. lbs.). After that, link the fuel rail to the intake manifold, securing the bolts to 23 Nm (200 in. lbs.) and attach the fuel injector electrical endings. Look for possible harm to the quick connect fittings and change them if needed. Fit the fuel service hose firmly onto the fuel rail, pulling the connector to secure it. Then, fit the air cleaner housing and attach the negative battery cable after that. Fill the coolant and spark oil, start the engine and watch out for leaks before you set up the engine cover.
