2007 Dodge Caliber Thermostat Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Service and Repair a Gas Thermostat on 2007 Dodge Caliber?
A: Before you start service or repair the gas secondary thermostat, drain a part of the cooling system. After that, take out the air filter housing and remove the coolant hoses from the back of the coolant adapter. After that, take off radiator hose 3 and then take off radiator hose 4 at the front end of the coolant adapter. Afterwards, take out the coolant adapter mounting bolts and carefully pull the coolant adapter off the water pump's inlet to remove both items.
