How to Maintain and Fix an Alternator Pulley on 2007 Dodge Caravan?

First, unlatch the hood and open it, then disconnect the negative cable from the battery before proceeding with the work. Put the car up on stands and then remove the right front lower splash shield and the drive belt. Gently bring the vehicle to the ground and get rid of the Air Box and the decoupler pulley cover. Use Special Tool #8433 to release the Generator Decoupler, withdraw the tool and then pull out the Generator Decoupler.
