How to Service and Repair an EGR Valve on 2007 Dodge Caravan?

Before beginning to service or fix the EGR valve, take the negative battery cable off. After that, take out the engine cover and break the vacuum line (6) at the EGR valve. After that, remove the vacuum line (8) from the flow control valve (1). Then, take out the inlet air tube from the EGR valve (5) and get rid of the EGR pipe to EGR valve retaining bolts. Now, take out the EGR valve retaining nuts and then remove the EGR valve.
