How to Safely and Effectively Service an Air Bag Control Module on 2007 Dodge Charger?

In order to service the Air Bag Control Module, remove battery negative cable and allow two minutes to discharge the air bag system capacitor. Disconnect connector C1 and C2, take out the center floor console and access the ORC mounting screws. Install either ORC or OCM in place of each other, and test the air bag system after each installation.
