Line up the tapping plate with the b-pillar, place the striker into the door and use the bolts to fasten it in place. Tighten the screws to a force of 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.) and set the striker as needed. After you are finished with the lower door panel, put on the lower c-pillar trim.
