You should begin the connection or repair of the upper control arm bushings on the IFS (HD) by eliminating the upper control arm and fastening it in a soft jaw vise. You should use very strong grease in the threaded areas to make the tool easier to use and more durable. Afterward, take out the bushing in the upper control arm by using tool C-4212F (PRESS), together with 9777-3 (receiver) and 9777-2 (driver).
