  A: Put the nipple of the washer nozzle into the mounting hole at the top of the cowl plenum cover/grille panel so that the anti-rotation tabs 2 and 4 fit inside the notches in the hole. Press down on the top of the washer nozzle steadily and evenly to engage the 6 locking features under the cowl plenum cover on the car's front underside. Put the washer hose back onto barbed nipple 3 below the cowl plenum cover/grille panel and then secure the washer nozzle hose into the clips on its underside. Install the cowl plenum cover/grille panel on the cowl plenum, close the hood and then screw both wiper arms onto the wiper pivots.
