How to Install a Drive Belt for Your Fan on 2007 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

Put the fan drive belt onto the pulley on the water pump first and then onto the one on the crankshaft it is connected to. Wire ties with nylon locks should be used, not metal ones. Insert a nylon wire tie, 196.8mm X 3.175mm X 12.7mm (7.75 in. X 0.125 in. x 0.50 in), from the rear of the crankshaft pulley into one of the holes in the pulley. Put the fan drive belt fan drive on top of that tie and use a second nylon wire tie to hold the fan drive belt in place. Screw the wire tie to fasten the drive belt, then rotate the crankshaft pulley clockwise using a right tool, to make sure the belt sits well in place. The next step is to mount the radiator fan.
