How to Install a Drive Belt for the Fan on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

First, put the fan drive belt on the water pump pulley and after that, place it on the crankshaft pulley. Always use nylon-lock wire ties to secure your lockers, never metal ones. Take a nylon wire tie, 196.8mm X 3.175mm X 12.7mm (7.75 in. X 0.125 in. x 0.50 in) and secure one end on the crankshaft pulley's back, then through one of the holes on the pulley. Make sure you tighten the wire tie to connect the belt into place. Hold the crankshaft pulley and turn it in a clockwise direction using a suitable tool to correctly install the fan drive belt. The next step is installing the radiator fan.
