How to Position and Install a Flywheel on the Crankshaft on 2007 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

First, place the flex plate on the crankshaft, while the backing plate is on top. Spread the Mopar Lock & Seal Adhesive over the ends of the flex plate bolts. Fasten the flex plate bolts together in a cross shape, then tighten them up to 20 Nm and then up to 45 Nm, repeating the last tightening 90 degrees extra. After that, attach the transaxle.
