2007 Dodge Sprinter 2500 Oil Cooler Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Install an Oil Cooler and Its Components on 2007 Dodge Sprinter 2500?
A: After laying down the oil cooler housing gasket, slide in the oil cooler housing and screw all the bolts in a cross pattern until you reach 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.) of torque. Then, insert an oil filter into its housing and place the thermostat gasket, before tightening the thermostat housing with bolts at a torque of 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.). Put the upper radiator hose over the thermostat housing and afterward, install the accessory drive idler pulley, tensioner and belt one after another. After that, set up the air pump (5) and top up both the oil and coolant.
