On the bracket beside the steering column, under the instrument panel, look for the brake lamp switch to the right. Remove the brake lamp switch's wire harness plug from the circuit. Press the locking tab of the switch body and turn the switch 30 degrees to the right till the tab on the switch locking collar fits into the keyed hole in the brake pedal bracket. Pull the switch straight back against its keyed hole to take it out of the bracket and then remove the switch from your vehicle.
