How to Service and Repair a Throttle Body for a 2.0/2.4L Engine on 2007 Jeep Patriot?

In order to service throttle body on the 2.0/2.4L engine, disconnect the engine cover and negative battery cable. Unattach the air cleaner lid, inlet air temperature sensor and the hoses. Take out the wire harness clip, electrical connector, support bracket and mounting bolts making sure to remove O-ring and location pins.
