How to Service a Heater Core on 2008 Chrysler 300?

To service the heater core, disable the air bag system by disconnecting the negative battery cable and waiting two minutes. Remove the HVAC housing assembly, detach the blend door actuator, and take off the flange and retaining bracket. Finally, disengage the heater core tubes and pull the heater core out.
