How to Remove a Blower Motor Resistor on 2008 Chrysler 300?

In order to get rid of the blower motor resistor, one would initially put the airbag system out of commission by disconnecting the negative battery cable, and wait two minutes. Wait five minutes to make the resistor cool down, with the blower motor off. Then, detach the glove box, the wire harness, and unscrew the resistor off the HVAC housing.
