Inspect and replace worn out sprockets and chain guides. Install short chain guides, timing mark alignment and lubrication of components. Position primary chain and camshaft sprockets and be sure that they are aligned correctly. Reset timing chain tensioner, install it & tighten bolts. Complete assembly (including intake manifold and battery connection). Initial engine noise may occur but will go away.
