  A: You should first detach and separate the negative cable from the Parking Assist Distance Sensor battery. After that, remove the rear bumper fascia from the car. After finishing, separate the parking assist distance sensor connector from the wire harness connector which are both at the back of the car's fascia. Take care to pry the latch features on the sensor bracket apart from the top and bottom tabs which will disconnect the sensor from the bracket. Remove the O-ring from around the edge of the sensor membrane's growth. You can service both the parking assist distance sensors and sensor spacers (O-rings) separately, but sensor brackets are bonded to the back of the rear bumper fascia.
