To service the SCCM, remove the entire assembly to avoid damaging the Clock Spring pins. Position the SCM on the multi-function switch, install both in the shroud, and tighten screws. Install the speed control switch, strut or electric tilt lever, steering angle sensor, and Clock Spring, leaving one screw out.
