How to Install and Repair a Rear Engine Mount on 2008 Dodge Charger?

Put the bolts through the rear engine mount, attaching it to the transmission and tightening the bolts to 47 Nm (35 ft.lbs.). After that, fix the cross member and its bolts in place and make sure they are tightened to 68 Nm (50 ft.lbs.). Loosen the transmission as far as you can so the bolts holding the cross member can be placed and tightened using your hands. After the transmission is set, jack away the car and then tighten the mount bolts to 47 Nm (39 ft.lbs).
