How to Maintain and Fix a Rear Door Window Regulator on 2008 Dodge Dakota?

Before fixing or repairing the rear door window regulator, start by taking out the watershield. Refit the manual crank and raise the door glass to where required in the instructions. Release the glass clamp screws, raise the glass as high as possible and attach it to the rollers with tape or a similar product. After that, take out the lower regulator bolts as well as the bolt at the crank mechanism. Ease the remaining three bolts from the keyhole openings and pull up on the regulator to take it out of the slots above the door.
