How Can the Canister Purge Valve Be Located and Removed on 2008 Dodge Durango?

The EVAP canister purge valve is a component found where the engine is compressed and attached to a tongue-type bracket by the brake power booster. When removing the valve assembly, carefully move it straight out of the bracket so you don't bend the vapor lines. After that, remove the electrical wire terminal at the valve, next loosen the vapor line quick-connect at the valve and then remove the second quick-connect at the valve from the vapor line.
