  A: Before changing the fog lamp bulb, turn off the negative battery cable. Following that, unfasten the fasteners that hold the front of the wheel house liner to the front bumper's lower part. Crawl from above into the engine bay, find the front fascia and reach under and behind it to discover the front fog lamp housing.
