  A: The first step to changing the fog lamp bulb is to remove the negative battery cable and isolate it. A trained HEV service specialist should only remove the high voltage disconnect from the battery when using the HEV system. After that, remove the fasteners holding the front of the front fender wheel house liner onto the front fascia. Draw the front fender liner back to reach the back of the front fascia. Pull back and down the front facia to expose the housing for the front fog lights. Pull the wire harness connector off the fog lamp bulb connector receptacle. Hold down on the bulb at the back of the housing as you twist it counterclockwise about 30 degrees to unlock it. After that, pull the bulb out straight from the key on the front side of the housing.
